Proxy Swap Policy

⚠️ Please read this policy in full before opening a support ticket regarding IP swaps.

Within the First 24 Hours

After a new purchase, you may request an IP swap within the first 24 hours of your proxy plan starting.

To request a swap, open a support ticket.

Once 24 hours have passed, your subscription is marked as active and mid-cycle swaps are not guaranteed.

⚠️ Important: Mid-cycle swaps may be granted at our discretion, depending on:

IP abuse history

Available ISPs

If your proxies are approaching their renewal date, you have a 72-hour window before renewal to request a swap for the next cycle.

Once the renewal payment is successfully processed and 24 hours have passed, swaps are no longer available for that billing cycle.

⚠️ Important: Once the renewal is set, the IP lease has already been established and cannot be changed for the current cycle.
